Use them to wrap around almost anything to hold it on to another item, super easy to use and release. The 2nd & 3rd pictures show how you secure them.
These ones are longer than most with a bigger ball- if you need to shorten them it’s very easy, just push the elastic back up part way through the ball, tie a knot in the elastic and cut the excess off.
They will vary a bit in length, generally they are about 10” / 250mm long before they are streched.
