NiksNaks CassetteKey C260 Toilet Cassette Servicing Tool

£18.00

***UPDATE*** We’ve had so much interest in this new product that we’ve ran out of stock - you can still place your order but please note it will be around 2 weeks (so early February) before your order can be delivered - Many Thanks, Geoff

The Thetford C260 toilet cassette comes with a very useful facility to unscrew & separate the main blade mechanism from the cassette body, so you can service it and replace seals. However, it has a tendency to jam - and the method Thetford tell you to use to open the cassette will often lead to breaking the tracks for the sliding lid. See the video below for full details.

Our CassetteKey fits the tracks much more closely and across their full length, making it much less likely that you will break them. A top tip before you replace the mechanism at the end is to use some silicone spray around the edges, and on the toilet seal itself - it’s safe to use on rubber and will make it easier to remove next time.

Please note this tool is ONLY to fit the C260 cassette shown, at present other Thetford cassette models do not have this feature to unscrew & separate the mechanism.

Please note that like all NiksNaks products this is a UK Registered Design.
