Fly Repeller Fan, Battery or Rechargeable
These fans are fantastic when eating outside in summer! Flying insects see the holographic strips on the spinning blades as predators and stay away. We offer 2 different models - battery and rechargeable.
Do they work? In a word, yes! The proof for us came at Norwich motorhome show last year - the cake stall next to us was being plagued with flies, she bought 2 from us and immediately noticed all the flies moved away to the ends of her display. She was so impressed she bought 6 more, 2 for her stall and 4 for her friends. The picture from there is below. The pie man at Malvern motorhome show proved again to us how well they work!
The blades are flexible, low powered and stop spinning instantly with no harm if you put your hand into them, perfectly safe with kids around - see the video below. Stand them in the middle of your table or hang them upside down below an awning, they have a fold out loop on their base so you can do this.
The rechargeable model simply recharges from a USB socket, cable supplied. The fan is just over 23cm / 9” tall, each blade is 18cm / just over 7” long. It’s made especially for us, there are very few rechargeable ones on the market. Lasts around 6-8 hours on a charge, then around 2 hours to recharge.
The battery model runs on 2 x AA batteries (not included). It’s just over 24cm / 9 1/2” tall, each blade is jut under 19cm / 7 1/2” long.
